Abstract As time goes on, the majority of countries face issue a large number old and/or decommissioned buildings that need rehabilitation/consolidation measures to be put in, further used in structural safety circumstances. The work presents an analysis terms efficiency rehabilitation techniques aim improve and strengthen structure individually or as whole. purpose this study is investigate methods specific reinforced concrete columns. From functional point view, element refers restoration its active state, by restoring some capacities damaged due various causes. presented was carried out technical-administrative building later changed destination office building. solution proposed adopted, well action/intervention program derived from it, has essential obtaining innovative responses, accordance with new concepts.
